You ask if AOL gains by MSN losing customers. AOL probably won't gain customers but AOL does gain in that the rumored threat of free MSN is put to rest. AOL probably won't even get any new customers. I would guess those go to $19.95 or $14.95 ISPs.

It's obvious now that AOL will be the winner in the MSN price hike...Let's face it, no one belongs to MSN because of it's great online community...they were there because it WAS cheaper than AOL...now we can expect ALOT of MSN defectors to hop on the AOL bandwagon...free internet access has been exposed for the hoax it was all along...see you at $200 by Christmas!
