Well, I got to say that my negative attitude last night was not rewarded.

This, in fact, has been my nightmare; to have my Phleet out at sea when the market crumbles. It should not have happened! Oh Well, I have been known to have the patience of Jobe. Hopefully I will not have to bear my cross to that extent.

Sorry, I can not yet help you with T. I'm only up to the M's with my analysis. I was hoping to have this finished before this happened. It's hard to feed the bears when you're blowing bubbles -- Blub, Blub, Blub.

One of the trading rules that we originally contrived, and that I've broken only to my demise, is that one shall not enter a trade with a negative daily OEX, unless the 60-min trend is clearly in your favor. FWIW, while the Indexes may not be in great need of medical attention, the technical damage done to many of the Big Boyz will be difficult to repair.

This is when we need JT to speak up and give his famous line: Ballz in one hand and dollars in the other. Just buy! The quote that comes to mind is the manager of Sogen International referring to 1994 (the last time the Fed played these games): Nothing Worked.

A View from under the Swamp

I think I noted in the Spring that one should not be a bull when the industrial cyclicals were leading the charge. I should have paid more attention to that comment.

Now, we have the situation where all are concerned about the rise in rates and the cyclicals are collapsing one after another. Since it is the area of your domain, and it may be the next in line, what do you think of the relative position of AA. No hurry!
