Ballmer fulfilled his fiduciary responsibilities....he would be remiss to let investors continue to believe these valuations had any merit( as promoted by special interests)...We are at these levels due to manipulation of large institutions who could care less about the benefit of long term MSFT shareholders.

the end result of continued mania would serve only to hurt those to whom Ballmer does have a fiduciary responsibilty towards...

he only hurt the short term scam artists...
