<Jim- as an US citizen, I would like to assert that if Ron and Mary were poor minorities, of color,....they would be in jail right now, for whatever they did to incur a $150,000 fine......this meaningless slap on the hand will just embolden them if they are indeed "white collar" criminals.> In Canada we're unbiased. We'd throw them he jail even if they were innocent. Oh yeah, here's one for you. Go Michigan!
