I see in Note 16 that they are adjusted pension liabilities directly to shareholders deficit, so you are right that we would never see it in profits if it doesn't need to be paid.

I also found this in the 10K regarding restrictions on dividends:

The Company is also restricted by the terms of the Indenture for the Senior Notes and certain other agreements and of its outstanding Noncumulative Preferred Stock as to the declaration of dividends. Under current circumstances, the Company may not pay any cash dividends on its Common Stock.

It doesn't specifically mention non-cash dividends, but I would guess that attempting to pay the entire iNEXTV interest would lead to some disputes.
