believe the it is
without merit and is being filed by some low rent
plaintiff's attorney to try to buy X-mas gifts for the
kids.

Next thing I am going to hear is that this guy is living in a trailer park paying alimony to his three wives...while he is surfing to theASFD site buying a Rolex he is disgruntled about because his credit card now says Payment Due.

Well any bozo here can file a law suit and there are no dearth of 'ambulance chasers' who are more than willing and happy to oblige, so what is that prove if anything?

I spoke to my contacts in Houston. As of now, from what they were told, there is no active law suit. Regarding the Chronicle, perhaps litigation is being planned, but as of now, my sources say no.
However, I wish to tell you, I did sell my positions. Nothing to do with lawsuits, but because I have a rule. If an issue falls below it's IPO price, it's gone. ASFD did fall under 13, so it was bye bye ASFD.
