Dolfan,
I too have been burned in the past on some OTC stocks. I also have had some great successes. I learned that there seems to be a very common thread to those that become winners and those that become losers.

The losers are those that have very common products and services. Nothing unique or proprietary in a growth sector. High competition without anything that distinguishes them from the rest. Even if they have something 'special', it is nothing that others cannot legally duplicate within a short period of time.

The winners seem to be those that have patented/proprietary services or products within growth sectors. The reason I still am enamored with LGPT rests solely on their patents. They are genuine designs that can do what they say they can.

Log Point's problem is money and only money. They have none. If this most recent attempt at funding is successful they will have solved their problem. It will allow them to finally execute their business strategy.

Finally, I see so many questions about why LGPT doesn't have software contracts yet. The bottom line is that in addition to having the money to manage and secure these contracts, they really don't seem to care too much about the software revenue. Its the hardware designs that can make them incredibly rich. And thus, after funding, it is their primary focus.
Look for their first hardware products 3-6 months after funding with big $$$$$ to follow.(IMO).
