Someone leaked this to me earlier today. Seems that Intel has website for resellers and have informed people there who have access to it. Maybe this accounts for the business about Dell having mobo problems.

Something is funny. I've heard that you can't use more than 8 Rdrams on a RIMM because more won't work electrically. I can't remember where I heard it. Anyone else heard it???? Apparently it's false. Instead you can only use 2 RIMMs. Maybe these are both just different solutions to the same problem and someone decided that it's better to go with 2 RIMMs with 16 chips on each than 3 RIMMs with 8 on each.

Intel's slide show for Resellers has been leaked and slide 31 says: "3 RIMM slots, 512 MB Max memory" which must be their way of saying that 1 of the slots can't be used.
