Gordon, if you don't mind me saying, consolidation is a possibility at this point, not a probability. It's a possibility for a lot of companies, but that doesn't mean that it's ever going to materialize. I have, however, considered it and decided that because they seem to be at the beginning of a turnaround situation, a consolidation wasn't likely to occur.

Another thing that impresses me is that Janik owns 40 million shares. Subtract that, and any other shares that are owned by insiders or tightly held by others and the overall scenario doesn't look that bad at all. Janik's position, BTW, is averaged at .145/share, so you can bet he's gonna do what he can to get the price up to much higher grounds before he starts selling. If things progress at a steady pace between now and the end of December - including more restaurants opening, reports of favorable revenue, and further development of the Platinum deal - then I suggest we may see this stock in the low 20's by that time. Not a bad investment for a few months of my time.

All the Best
Marty P

gordan....Here is my post 426 which I added extra information to it.

A roll back could happen someday, but I would think that they would only do it on a position of strength.

To illustrate this, look at Air Boss / BOS/TSE and Magellan Aerospace / MAL/TSE . Both were low teens penny stocks just two years ago and
now:
Bos reverse split at .80... 4-1 and now trades at 4.90
Mal reverse split at .75...5-1 and now trades at 9.30
Both splits were done on super strength. And both had close to 100 Million shares pre reverse split

I very much doubt HCI would reverse split until they know that they could support it at the new price. That would be stupid which I don't think for a moment they are.

Regards,

Den
