Yes I put that in there because last year I had a job interview that was initiated from this site. Last year was good for software until Oct or so. Anyway this company called me for an R&D mgmt position... I usually go to those but I had no intention of taking the job, although I thought for sure they would offer it to me because I had come from Dell which was the top e-commerce shop at the time, and after all they contacted me from here so they pretty much knew who I was and what I was about. Anyway I went over there and the VP was this German guy and the entire R&D dept was full of men... no women anywhere really... I knew at that moment it was a huge waste of time, there was no way they were going to make me an offer. So now I have that picture on there which is a stupid pic taken 3+ years ago for my ex's family... if some company is uncomfortable with Melanie Griffith in their R&D dept then to h*ll with them.... <gg>
