Ballmer's slipping a little poison into the watering hole, and I'll bet he damn well does pay attention to the market,

I think there should be an SEC regulation that an officer of the company can't make a public statement about the stock valuation of his/her employer. I'm not referring to Ballmer specifically because I have no imporession of his personal ethics, but a person in his position obviously has the capability of influencing the price of the stock, thus making it possible for him to buy at a lower price. Similarly, I don't like it when the same influence on the market results in higher prices.

Just my opinion.
