I agree with the increase in valuation of PRFM. However PRFM has a little baggage in the form of previous shareholders getting burned on the last major runup. I made money on it twice, but many others didn't.

On the other hand, as I already noted earlier here, the IPO specialist on CNBC a couple of weeks ago did happen to mention PRFM, and that mention is definitely helping this second run on PRFM.

Not that I know anything, but I think 3/4th's of what the consensus think it'll go is probably how high it'll go. (ie if the consensus is $8, then it should go at least $6, if $10-$12, then it should go $7.50-$8 1/4)

Personally, I sold early this go 'round and haven't gotten back in as of yet. Good luck!

c; PRFM shareholders not receiving shares of PF; in the same vein, as you mentioned, IDTC shareholders didn't receive any shares of NTOP (much to their chagrin);

if PFRM = IDTC, then, does NTOP = PR ? good question....sw
