Dear Frank: spook the trading. That is your key comment. Lousy market for traders, good market for Investors. In the big picture this will be merely a blip on the horizon. For those of us that merely continue to add quality stocks through good times and bad this is just a chance to dollar average down a bit. Next year is an election year. It would be VERY unusual to have a down market then. Technology continues to march ahead regardless of the market, comments and the like. Keep these things in mind before doing anything stupid. JDN
