Dave, thanks for your input, and I would like to modify the rules of engagement that will lead to a censorship or not of my off topic's. My first attempt to arrive at a fair resolution was too much slanted in my favor to continue, so the restriction that only current MGR and TDC shareholders can vote for or against my off's is now removed, and the only condition that must be met is for the person expressing an opinion, that will be used in the count, is that she or he has already posted atleast 3 posts on this thread since post(0). Opps'ie - Almost forgot to mention, these 3 posts must all be on topic. More Opps'ies - For these 3 posts to be valid for voting, first one must decimate on a 1 to 1 basic an on topic for every off topic done, else the creditability of those votes will be in question. No more Opps'ies, except to note that Greg McRitchie has not responded as yet to my reply to him. But I put forth a possible reason being that this person has no interest in MGR or TDC and only did a "dump" on me thru another poster on another thread that finds my posts there disparaging to their self worth. ok, enough and I will not put an off topic claim'er in front of this post or next or next until the greg mac attack concludes. dougaoff
