OK, it looks like we may very well go lower this morning. But, please don't crow about it if your prediction is right. Crowing and critcizing past calls is disruptive to a short term trading thread.

I can't see this correction going all the way down to 9,700 DOW. There isn't a global market meltdown like there was last fall that propelled the market much lower. I'm going to use the current weakness to buy some position plays position-trader.com for next month: PPRO, GDEN, NSIL, NATS, NAVR all have events next month and could recover quickly if the market rebounds next month.

One thing that is troubling is that the NASDAQ Average is still relatively high. The DOW is down about 10% from its highs, but the NAZ is only down 5% or so.

Danielle,

You posted-

Maybe my terminology was wrong Lucre. The right term is "Dead Cat Bounce" I believe! Still think we go lower in the A.M. however.

I have a clue for you. The greatest bull market of all history is clearly not a dead cat. Now, I would suggest that you go do a little reading, maybe start with "The Cat in the Hat" and work your way up. Maybe you will learn something. But before you do, take a feather duster, place it in one ear and pull it out the other. That will help you to think more clearly.

Good luck, you certainly need it.
