Max,
I believe Richard is 100% correct in stating that many of those 144's are for the removal of the legend put on restricted share that were acquired under private placements. My name was listed back in Dec. of 1998.
On another note, I am wondering about how many of the old time posters, contributors, and shareholders are still around? I know that I periodically check the SI and RB threads to see if anything is going on. Who else is out there? And if you are, why are you holding on to this stock? I would love to see some kind of run on this stock but can truly say I don't have a clue if it will ever happen.

Regards,
Rick Nazaruk

Mark, I don't believe Downing owns any Naxos Stock.

If I recall correctly, it stated this in the last Proxie
Statement (or one of those mailings). Also Daphne told me
she does own stock when we spoke on the phone. I'd suggest
that anyone having concerns about the company speak with
her. We had a very pleasant discussion and there are many
things going on that sound quite interesting.
