Try looking at what the projected forward multiples are. That might provide some insight.

I am assuming that PPRO has a faster growth rate than VERT. Also its the only company that is under $1b market cap.
A better way to value things is how much a company is expected to gain in earnings, and do market cap comparison
look at how viable the company's goals are, if they are acheivable. Even if the company promises things that seem impossible, investors will stay confident if things are looking good. Look at how crazy AOL is.

If you don't like PPRO,
Don't buy it then.
Nobody is saying to buy it.
I bought it and so far I've been making profit since monday.
