WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 24, 1999-- NetZero Inc. (NASDAQ:NZRO) announced today the pricing of an initial public offering of 10 million shares of its common stock, all of which are being issued and sold by the company, at an initial public offering price of $16 per share.

In addition, the company has granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 1.5 million shares of common stock from NetZero. The common stock will trade on the NASDAQ National Market under the symbol "NZRO."

The offering is being made through an underwriting group managed by Goldman Sachs & Co.; Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette; Hambrecht & Quist; and Wit Capital. The prospectus relating to these securities may be obtained from the prospectus department of any of the above underwriters.
