Thank you gentlemen. Doesn't seem to have much value for me now...but a few years (no number given) it probably would have replaced all those "call books" I used to maintain so well. I'm still trying to figure out why I need to learn Excel, but at least I now know that I don't need ACT. Only so much available grey matter, gotta conserve, y'know.
