RESEARCH ALERT - First Albany ups CMGI <CMGI.O> NEW YORK, Sept 24 (Reuters) - First Albany said it raised its rating on CGMI Inc. to buy from accumulate and raised its target price to $200 a share from $125. -- Its acquisition of AltaVista is expected to close in the next few weeks. First Albany expects an IPO in the first half of next year. -- Expects IPOs on at least 12 to 15 companies within CGMI in the next 12 to 18 months. -- Expects fiscal Q4 earnings at $4.03 a share on revenues of $51.7 million -- Shares were trading at $84-3/16, up 2-7/16, in early Nas daq trading.
