The CNet article said that Intel and Rambus declined to comment (without pointing out what time they were contacted <G>). My guess/hope/estimate is that the coffee will be drunk and meetings will be over by the 10-11AM timeframe. They can't wait much longer and still get any response out before the market closes. The other option is that they don't care about the short-term stock movements and wouldn't bother commenting. But they do have to worry about customers and their perceptions, so I expect they'll have to say something. BWDIK, Dave
