In reference to the PR in the previous post, notice that the agreement was with NTWK. NTWK is the new symbol for MGHI. Recall this warning by Joseph Svejk:

We all know what happened to UPCA: halted by the SEC for false and misleading press releases, and now delisted to the pinks.

Jeff, despite the breathless news releases earlier this year about how parents are crazy about Crayon Crawler, this release makes it appear that it still isn't ready.

Just more vaporware.
