Dear David:

I think I'm even familiar with the location in London as you described, from my trip out to visit with Reuters some years back.

The co-location business has rewarded players like Exodus, AboveNet, and Globix well. But that too is getting to be a tough business to be in, requiring not only heavy capitalization but also data center management skills which backbone providers and ISP's may not have. Question is, is P6 getting in a bit late?

On the other side of the coin is P6's focus outside of the US. This appears to be a pre-meditated strategy. If so, can you speak a bit more to how that may help you to leapfrog in providing AWS services? Or does the focus stem solely from the motive to grow your POPS, footprint, and optimize network utilization?

I want you to know that your presence on this thread is highly appreciated by me. I hope you understand that six-figure loss in a stock is enough to make any investor paranoid. In any case, I thank you for entertaining my questions.

Regards,
Dick

Dear David:

I think it is common knowledge that dedicated (T-1 etc.) services will increasingly come under pressure for ISP's in the SME space as DSL becomes more and more prevalent. Is this price pressure coming prematurely for P6? Is that ONE of the reasons why the stock price keeps tanking?

Regards,
Dick
