DOE made a feeble attempt to threaten to lessen the possibility of a shortage, suggesting they will dip into U.S. reserves. A little bit of selling, but we're coming back. I bought a little prematurely at 18 3/4 before the DOW selloff began. I feel very comfortable that I got in at a good price, but I'll wait to see if it hits the 200 day average (15-16) before I consider averaging down. Want to see what the DOW does overall for the next month or two.
