No clue on when they will announce what they are up to, but I am sure they are very, very well prepared for broadband. Ted Leonsis came to AOL when they bought his broadband company 1993. According to press reports at the time, one of the arguments inside AOL for spurning Paul Allen's bear hug earlier that year was that Allen had an unrealistic timetable for broadband and wasn't interested in brand-building with a more mainstream dial-up audience. This issue has been front and center for more or less AOL's entire existence.
