QCharts billing question:

I cancelled QCharts on Thursday April 29, 1999 due to my schedule at work. My VISA was automatically billed on April 22 for, as I claim, the month of May. I never received a refund for this charge. I would like to restart my QCharts now, but I refuse to do so until the refund matter is settled.

Quote.com claims:
>>>The last billing item we see on your account
>>>is for services accessed during April 1999.ÿ
>>>This charge was $112.45, posted on 4/22.ÿ We
>>>cannot process your refund request.

Do others here find that Quote.com doesn't charge for the month until it is nearly over? I recollect that they automatically bill prior to the beginning of the month.

Perhaps if I learn that others "ride free" all month and only pay at the end of the month, I can convince myself that I have made a mistake somewhere.

I have other correspondence from Quote.com regarding this matter, but it seems to change with the spokesperson.

Thanks,
Shoe.
