I spoke to Don Beck yesterday and I got the same information that others have been getting recently. He has been advised by his lawyers to not say anything at this time regarding the launch. Through prodding he eluded that it would probably be fairly soon. He confirmed that the test results continue to be positive and that they have been getting the same positive results over the past three years, even before the audited test period. He sounded pretty positive about everything and the delays are because of the lawyers telling him previously that it would take a certain amount of time for approvals and this timeline has been obviously exceeded. But with him being in silence mode one has to believe that the launch is around the corner.
