This was made public some time ago. I'm sure none of us like it but as I said in a post (maybe on RB) in our country he is considered innocent until proven guilty and should be given the benefit of the doubt until then. But yes, it does overhang the stock.

Yost's legal problem has been in every filing going way back.

I think this deal is about 4 or 5 years old. It looks like Yost is using an age old legal gambit.....He has hired a good lawyer, who will "continue" the litigation for a few decades.
