More words of wit from a genius who's forte in life is calling other people names.

1) That item is not worth answering.

2) You make the succinct analysis that the market has collapsed and fcm is holding well. Again what language do you speak and what is that mirror telling you, that you are indeed the fairest of them all? . This stock last week was at $4.00 US, today it is $ 2. 9/16 to 11/16. Do you call that stock appreciation. The dow jones is off its high of last week by under 10% fcm is off its high of last week by over 33%. Again your garbage flies in the face of logic. You lie and then pat yourself on the back for a job well done. Would you like to go further back and compare fcm's appreciation to the index's over a given period of time ? If you are going to lie try to put some part of the truth with those lies.

3) my forecasts are bad, well then tell me oh wise and sarcastic "ALERT INVESTOR MAN" JUST WHO HAS BEEN MORE ACCURATE ABOUT THIS STOCK. This stock continues to decline and that is "A FACT. I see that trend continuing.

What you have posted here, is and has been wrong, but that means little to you.

Well now is everyone busy reading this latest filing ??? Whats your opinion of this latest DISCOUNT

It seems the Crescent international indeed get these shares at "A VERY SLIGHT DISCOUNT TO MARKET" As the cfo said, I archived that if anyone needs to see it as it is currently "MISSING" from fcm's site.

THAT IS SOME DISCOUNT TO MARKET ISN'T IT, ON AUGUST 30 FCM CLOSED AT $ 1.50. AND CRESCENT INTERNATIONAL PAID

(c) On August 30, 1999, Crescent, pursuant to the terms of the Stock Purchase Agreemen (as defined in Item 6) acquired 966,184 shares of Common Stock of the Issuer for a purchase price of approximately $1,000,000.

ON SEPT. 15 1999 FCM CLOSED AT $ 2.375 AND CRESCENT INTERNATIONAL PAID

On September 15, 1999, Crescent, pursuant to the terms of the Amendment to the Stock Purchase Agreement (as defined in Item 6), acquired an additional 966,184
shares of Common Stock of the Issuer for a purchase price of approximately $1,000,000.

HOW DO YOU LIKE THAT "VERY SLIGHT DISCOUNT TO MARKET" THAT THE CFO STATED ON SEPT 1 WAS WHAT THIS DEAL WAS ?????
