Charles, True the memory limit will crimp some people, however the high end is a small market unlike the consumer market.
As to lawsuits....who knows...they sue at the drop of a hat in the USA....lotsa dropped hats here.

So they were giving lip service to Intel and quietly sandbagging them. Well I expect that IBM and Compaq will get first crack at Athlon production for quite some time, even until mid next year, unless AMD solves all problems and cranks out a flood of them from Dresden and Fab 25.
This is a rare gift that has fallen from the sky to help AMD and the earthquake in Taiwan will have far less effect that this Rambus debacle.
