Dabloc this whole thing has been a mess from the get go.

Gift for understatement<g>. Seems to be an over abundance of exuberance/assurance concerning the "business combination" from certain posters of RB, although, trying to pin them down as to why the sudden self confidence is an effort in futility. That alone, in and of itself, is troubling. Always have to ask yourself "what is the motive?"

Interesting though in that QBID had a heckuva spread all day and then the Bid dropped even more at the end of the day to create an even more obscene spread.(30+%) Assuming the "business combination" does go through, GAAY is then currently either under valued, or, QBID over valued. Looks like the MMs don't know either as both stocks are suffering even though MMs are cleaning up on any buys of QBID at the Ask...

I believe this is a done deal and the vote by QBID has insider control.

As do I, and I've stated as such in the past no matter which way it goes. But, again I'm disturbed by the about-face of certain posters on RB who are now touting this very same sentiment as "fact" without corroboration. Bringing it to the attention of one poster in particular (honda) brought forth nothing but drivel and obvious avoidance of dealing with that blatant slip in their post, but, and, more importantly, a refusal to clarify their statement. However, I have noticed that all posts (including other posters) since our little parlay now carry the IMO with their statements. We'll see how long it lasts. It's bad enough the PRs are so cryptic without having to decipher a poster's intent. Gary is correct...RB is full of anonymous entities each with their own agendas. Trust no one, while impossible, does seem to have merit.<gg>

At this point, I'm opting for a merger because I believe the business plan is a winner regardless of which company implements it, and the "ratio" is currently more attractive than the current prices alone would yield. (selling GAAY to buy QBID).

It's been an unusual experience so far...and I thought I'd seen it all with EUTO, NAMX, and BAAT. Was I wrong LOL!!

Back to the closing ceremonies of Tiger stadium...:)
