??? Haven't they already taken action by dragging them into Judge Penfield's court???

Not to worry, Justin, the worst thing the courts could possibly do to msft would be the best thing that could happen to Mr. Softee investors - breaking them up into several companies.

Imo, the biggest danger msft holders face is from Microsoft executives <g>.

Its only the NY DA's opinion, Scott, and we all know how corrupt NY and all their politicians are.
Msft's problems with govt is only an indication of the Resentment against Achievement that goes on in the U.S. today instead of Honoring and Appreciating achievement.
