Actually this has been going on fopr a while - No excuse - each and every company should be sued and the directors sued for not mainting their filings. we need to get some good ambulance chasers in canada to start whatever Canads equivalent is of a class action against them.

WE have invested in them and expect them to do their job. Not filing finacials is not doing their job
