Thanks, Chuck, for rubbing salt into the wound. I still think this is a short-term problem, but like I explained on the RMBS thread, there's been a whole series of short-term problems this year related to Rambus. At some point, one has to wonder whether there isn't something fundamentally wrong with the strategy. I haven't reached that point yet, but I know that many people have, and many more people will, now that this problem just popped up. In any case, I'll be looking for a chance to add to my RMBS position. The only thing that will totally destroy my support for Rambus is if Intel summarily dumps the technology once and for all. And that sort of decision wouldn't be a trivial one, either, which is why I don't forsee that happening. Tenchusatsu
