KTWO moving up. As for T, all I know is my t/a work. I just don't know about all the variables you described. As the dow goes, so will T is my guess.

I'm having a bit of fun with daytrading ADFC. . .not only does it lag in price [+/- 6%], but in time. . .watching CMGI for quick real-time moves. . .still leaves time to jump in or out of ADFC . . .sort of like knowing the score before the placing a bet on the teams. Gotta be quick, but the swings are pretty regular at this point. . .provided spread stays tight.
