Fabeyes, I see you only have eyes for MU :-) Excellent point! If the KLAs go down they'll have no metrology to qual the tools for particle contamination. Just imagine what a nightmare it would be to be on the first process engineering team to go in after the ERT clears out. They'll probably just do 1 or 2 tools in each tool set until they can actually run a lot through and then go back and qual the 2nd or 3rd and so on. Do you have any experience with the Taiwan fabs? Do they take shortcuts?
