Desert', Regardless of whether these new shares are dribbled into the market/float or whether FNTN'S agent for distribution finds a huge block buyer for the shares , by law all trades have to be reported and we will see them come across as transactions.
There may be exceptions to this but as I understand the manner in which FNTN plans to sell these additional (authorized) shares we will see them as trades.
Hope this helps ,
John

From what I recollect about the new issues is that a post referenced as stating he has buyers for the new issued stock. whether or not I believe anything posted in his referenced statements is beyond the point.

If the shares are sold in the open markets then someone obviously would rather have the cash then the shares, and this should answer all questions pertaining to this issue.

If they are sold as a Private placement their is a new regulation forbidding the sales for one year from the dates of PP exchanges and the FNTN company recieves the cash. The buying institution or individual becomes restricted from immediate sales of shares.

The second scenario is better for the current shareholders as dilution will not be immediate.

I have no position
