stevedhu, I just talked to IR also. Confirm earliest for mailing is now Tuesday (need one day at the printers, now Monday) and they are awaiting SEC approval. I pressed them on earliest date for road show to start and they said two-three days after proxies mailed. So if Tuesday, then Thursday=Friday soonest, and so on. But they definitely hope to have SEC approval this coming week. The road show starts out with them selling their case to institutions, brokers etc. Well, I definitely hope they get SEC approval for the merger this week too! I'm getting dog-tired of waiting for Big Dog's 20 questions with JL. ggggggg, Roebear PS, Can anyone point me to an URL indicating when FGI concluded buying back one million shares of their stock? IR confirmed this (within the year) but would not or could not confirm the final date of that stock buyback. I must have missed the news release, they said there was one about it.
