Having had to establish credibility in a very small town in New England--I was a mere summer visitor, you know--I lurked and read to know the texture of the thread before entering, so my own gaffes were easily understood and forgiven. Damn it, man, all people have to be understood within a context, just as in the the 3D world. I didn't meant what I said to sound "probational," although to get to know the personalities on this thread is research that easier to do than in the 3D world. It is research that merely requires a few "clicks" here and there, which is so much easier than dealing with a small town. I'll be offline most of the day and definitely tonight, so if I don't respond, there is nothing personal or meaningful in my lack of response. However, I do urge you to "waste" the time with a few clicks to learn how complex and rewarding so many of these people are to know.
