Here's todays News and the market did not move
up or down on FCM so I guess for the time being
it is considered a wait and see:

P.S.; 7.17% REPRESENTS 1.9 MILL SHARES SO THAT = A TOTAL
OF 26.5 MILL SHARES OUT [.0717 BY 1.9 = 26.5]......
NOT 40 MILL LIKE SOMEONE ELSE WOULD LIKE US TO BELIEVE.

Crescent Int'l Group Reports 7.17% Stake In Franklin Telecom (FCM)

(NewsTraders.com)-- In investment group including Crescent International Ltd. today reported holding over 1.9 million
shares of Franklin Telecommunications Corp. (FCM), representing a 7.17% stake in the company.

In an original 13D filing released this afternoon by the SEC, Crescent said it purchased the shares for $2 million.

The Crescent group holds the shares for investment purposes. [My bold, not in the artical]

Headquartered in Westlake Village, Calif., Franklin Telecom manufacturers high-speed communications products
and subsystems.

The company's shares recently traded flat at $2.69.
