As best as I can discern, the Tampa, Albany and NYC branch offices are still not doing well. In Tampa they just laid off 15 consultants and a friend soon coming off assignment was painted a bleak picture about having another assignment to go to. I think buisness will begin to pick-up in Feb. I realize its important to be ahead of the curve but perhaps its too early. I alerted this thread a long time when the share price was much higher that software consulting firms were in trouble. I still see trouble but I may be seeing a light at the end of the tunnel...... or is that an on-coming train. Time will tell just be careful try to find out the health of the branches. Remember consultants on billing is the business that KEA is in. If the branhes tell you they are not hiring at this time consider that valuable information. I have neither a long or short position at this time but when I see KEA actively seeking consultants I will again consider taking thelong position.

Good Luck
