This is a "concept" PROBLEM ABOUT HOW YOU ARE GOING TO ALLOCATE EXPENSES AND REVENUES TO THE CUSTOMER. CUSTOMERS ARE NOT AVERAGES. (Sorry for caps)The have clear attributes of profit and loss.
Aol values each customer using a lifetime value concept which best allocates costs and revenues. The game is to get rid of unprofitable customers and maintain profitable ones. Must have tiered pricing and excellent customer information.
