Marc: I was but I am getting more bullish by the day here. But perhaps my situation explains my view. I refuse to take a risk in this environment and at this time of the year without a nice market bottom. The government is a huge partner in anything I do for the rest of the year. So the risk/reward must be stellar for me to consider taking long positions now. Otherwise, why bother. Any position I take or have is with the idea of taking it into next year or taking a LTCG. I am closing my books before the fat cats in hopes they might throw some scraps my way or in anticipation of a further market correction.
