OT - Why Amazon?
Using buy.com I get 20.97/14.96 hard/soft
Using amazon.com I get 24.47/15.96 hard/soft
mysimon.com is extraordinarily slow, but if you are patient reveals that including shipping the cheapest choice is Alldirect.com at $24.42, followed by buy.com at $24.92, with Amazon trailing at $28.42, virtually the same as Borders and BarnesAndNoble.com. For paperbacks Alldirect was again cheapest at $16.22, while buy.com was at $18.91 and amazon back at $19.91, again tied with Borders and BarnesAndNoble.com

For used copies, try:
Using bookfinder.com You get amazon, plus used copies from $5 to $30 depending on age and condition.

I used to know a search engine that searched the big book dealers much faster than Mysimon, but I've forgotten it.
