"Steppin up"?..I'm "steppin out"!....I started trading on-line in march (this year). I started learning to type in march this year ...which is to say, I had never touched a computer in my life>>>all 55 yrs//// CORRECTION, I still don't know computers, I'm on Webtv!!! . The real crazy thing is I never understood stock trading, personally.. even the stocks in our family trust (of which life-long family Broker handles completely,Blues chips for dividends which we,brothers, use to make our mother's life very comfortable)...........I got curious to "see" what the internet was all about...bought Webtv..spent month strugglin to master it...touring the "Shallow" chat rooms,not avoiding any "porno" sites.ETC., Until I was able to finally get over my cravin for anything that had formally been considered "juvenile inclinations" and became fed-up with my personal weakness to be so easily drawn into the "sewer" mentality.....was ready to "chunk it" and go back to the "routines" (BTI) BeforeTheInternet ..... When,one night, trying to trully find something that would add one ioda of difference to my life, I ventured into E*Trade site (with a little apprehension, I might add..it had been 30 years since I was in a Edgeucasional "threat" situation) and found their "learn-to-trade" program. To my surprise, I seemed to comprehend the facts that were "layed-out", and I started getting excited enough to "give-it-a-try"....Decided to send in $5000 (3k more than needed) to open account and, if anything...just watch it earn "interest"! Hey, I saw that I had nothing to lose until I started trading!..But they also had a practice trading program that was "like, real"? so that got me over the "DumbTurd-gonna-lose-your-ass" apprehension thoughts, until I really was ready! I mastered the DD quotient and after one month I picked 4 real risky, but potentially "ripe" "buys" on the OTCBB (EFAX 5k @.57....MAKO 2k @.37...PABN 20k @.01...ININ 20k @.04). LUCK!! would have it..35days later, I had $140,000.00 after pulling out perfectly!......Bad!!! of all things, I got cocky and my adrenelin "trounced" my re-newed brain cell functions and within the 30 days tat followed I experienced and committed all the "things" that even your worse stock-toutin Guru tells you to avoid when "speculating" in the world of micro-caps/penny's////// I did not perish-should have!-am recovering with DISICIPLINE (very similiar as in beginning) to follow no-one and only "socialize" with the people (alias') that reflect my personal demeanor and show a pattern of "level-headed",common sense postings and most of all with no (TOUT) pre-occupation with advocating anything other than truth..or..excellent irrelevent exchange of thoughts........<<b/> GREED is often confused with aggressive self-determination.I say that you can lose the "determination" part very easily if you have not established a clear distinction at the beginning,thru the middle and 'til the end...of your"challenges"<<b/>> ........I left out the 4 horrible months, details...to give you a break!....Good luck on your material gathering, I'm sure their are Great and Sad experiences dying to be told..unless you are strictly drawing a schemetics "how-to win the lottery", type thang
