T2, I used this opportunity to pick up some April 105$ calls on MSFT and Oct 75$ calls on INTC which are already paying off. I hope this continues right up to earnings. INTC options seemed to irresistible this morning. As for Ballmer, I have a feeling that Jackson is begging both parties to not let him take a decision on the case and therefore an out of court settlement is in the works. Not wanting the stock to take off too much, Ballmer made his comment. Just my 2 cents.
