PS- you can question Microsoft's business practices, but Ballmer has been fairly predictable in bemoaning that tech stocks are too overpriced. Let us give him some credit for speaking his mind as opposed to most high tech execs who are forever boost their company stock.

So.... MSFT employees are *already cashing out their options as soon as they're able?

Alok, Great Play! I covered my calls yesterday morning
which is a little too early. But I decided to buy Oct 85
and Oct 90 calls yesterday and today. Now both show green.
I am very bullish on SUNW short term in observing these
two days' performance. Actually SUNW went up more than 10
points while Dow losed 1,000 points. And today SUNW is the
first heavy tech stock turn green while the wintel camps
are still in the bloodbath. If the general market becomes
stable or goes up which is very likely, I see SUNW will be
over 95 next week. Well, I am always over bullish on SUN
and it might be wrong. But I really respect your intelligence and patience regarding to SUQ.

Continue Success!

Eric

Alok: A guy named HAIM used bearish options against SUNW and he no longer posts to this site. He's probably "tapped out". I made the mistake of writing calls against SUNW. It has been futile to be so negative about such a great stock. Are you kidding SUNW will be further embraced by institutions next year. The stock will be even more widely held and become more scarce. That's why they announced the split so soon after the last one. I see only bullish reasons to play options with SUNW like your short put idea.
