Hello Bernard, an original indeed! I think the time demands are the gating factor for Frank, although I'm sure there are other considerations also. I think there's enough material here on SI (if we could just find it!)already--probably enough to fill the first year's worth of Coluccio letters, perhaps even more. The hope was that if we are able to organize those here in some fashion that eases the overall task, it might be a more compelling proposition for Frank. There's no question in my mind that the proposed Technology Letter would be in a class by itself, at the head of the class. I'd think that without any external promotion, at least 50% of the people on SI would subscribe. The hard part, of course, is overcoming the initial startup costs and administrative stuff (which is no small pool of tasks). dh
