I didn't expect it to take off like it did, reminded me of IFM about 4 years ago, great product and potential but took a couple years to move. INTF moved very quickly recently. IMO- with recent activity of IFM and wording in recent releases, I suspect it less of a takeover candidate. IFM seems to be persuing B2B goals rather than e-bill--for now . This will change I suspect when pilots are complete and Canadian e-bill is up and running before going to US. IFM says: US acquisitions , 2or3 will be made, at least 1 by this year. Could be extention to Assure acquisition.
