GE launches fund aimed at Euro-Internet firms

LONDON, Sept 27 (Reuters) - General Electric Company said on Monday it had launched a $50 million fund to invest in European-based Internet related companies seeking early stage financing.

The GE e-Fund is underwritten entirely by GE Equity, the company's private equity financing business.
